Career Counseling

Career Counseling is a highly individualized and encouraging process through which you and the counselor work together to help you discover, or re-discover, your career/life path.

Career Counseling is for adolescents and emerging adults looking for career direction, adults dissatisfied with their existing occupations, and mid-lifers seeking a more meaningful occupation.

The Career Counseling Process consists of 4 to 6 one hour session.

The Process begins with Self-Assessments designed to clarify your values, strengths, interests, personality traits, preferred work environment, and developmental needs.

Once these assessments are evaluated we will meet to discuss the results of the assessments and the career options that these results suggest.

From these discussions, we will set up goals that you will take that may include furthering your education, enhancing skills, make changes in your current job, cope with job pressures, balance life and career, and/or seek a new position.
