Office Hours

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10AM to 8PM and Saturday from 9AM to 2PM.

Dr. Gambino will make every effort to arrange an appointment time that is mutually convenient. However, it must be understood that this may prove difficult particularly for evening hours or during holiday times. It will be especially difficult to provide you with an optimal time once you move from regular sessions to sessions on an as needed basis. Your sessions are important.

Before coming to the office for our first meeting, you may want to download and complete the intake form to better prepare you for our first session.

Cancellations

Please make every effort to contact me with at least 24-hour notice in the event of your not being able to keep an appointment. Failure to do so will result in your being charged for the missed session. Emergencies and the unexpected do happen and can be taken into consideration.

Telephone and Crisis Procedures

If you need to contact Dr. Gambino between sessions, please leave a message on the office answering machine. Dr. Gambino checks his office number regularly and will make every attempt to return your call within a 24-hour time frame.

At our initial meeting I will give you my home office number so that you can contact me off hours and for urgent matters.

For your information

Cell phones, faxes, and email, correspondence are not secured forms of communication. That is, when we communicate through these media unintended third parties may be able to access our communications. I will use these media with you as long as you understand their inherent limits. Email and postal correspondence are also prone to misunderstandings. The written word is more limited than face-to-face communication. For this reason, I will always inquire as to your understanding of such communication so that misunderstandings are kept to a minimum.
