My orientation is to consider the whole person, not just their symptoms, conflicts, and problems. I use assessment techniques to guide my problem solving and personality oriented interventions. It is my belief that as we understand the roots of a problem we are better able to overcome the problem in a time sensitive manner. The most important part of our work is our therapeutic relationship. I tend to be interactive during sessions making a genuine effort to understand and build trust so that we can collaborate on creating a productive solution.
